Noma-Tek operates an SMS messaging program to support IT managed-services clients and authorized staff.

Program Name

Noma-Tek Service Notifications

Program Description

We send service-related SMS text messages to existing clients and authorized staff who have consented to receive them. Messages are strictly operational — we do not send marketing SMS.

Message Types

  • System incident alerts (backup failures, outages, security events)
  • Appointment reminders for onsite service visits
  • Ticket status updates and service confirmations
  • Administrative and account-related notifications

How to Opt In

Recipients consent to receive SMS from Noma-Tek by one of the following:

  1. Signing a Managed Services Agreement that includes SMS consent language
  2. Providing a mobile phone number during service onboarding with written or verbal confirmation that SMS notifications may be sent
  3. Replying START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to a message from Noma-Tek

Message Frequency

Varies based on service events. A typical client receives fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the program.

Privacy
