Meet Ben Kaufman, Founder
I’ve been working in IT since 2003, helping businesses in Sonoma County get more out of their technology. In 2015, I started Noma-Tek because I saw too many small businesses struggling with IT. Paying too much, getting too little, and never feeling like their technology was actually working for them.
For two decades, that meant managing networks, fixing computers, setting up email, and keeping everything secure. I still do all of that. But something changed.
Over the last few years, I started building AI systems. Real ones, not demos. I built an AI platform that automates an entire sales pipeline for a $30 million company. I deployed AI agents that respond to customer inquiries in minutes instead of days. I created systems that generate personalized marketing materials automatically.
And I realized: this technology shouldn’t be reserved for Fortune 500 companies. Every business in Sonoma County can use AI to work faster, smarter, and more profitably. They just need someone local who understands both the technology and their business.
